Shipping and Refunds
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Kindly note Strictly No Refunds, your account may be credited for a different product at a later stage.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All items are exempt from being returned.
Intimate items are exempt from exchanges.
Kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchangeable item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your half of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Kindly note all our items may be subject to unexpected delays, we will do our best to keep you up to date but note that once items are in the hands of a third party timing is out of our hands.
